When working with children, teens, and adults, I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and positive space for my clients, while also acknowledging that therapy is hard and there will be tough, emotional moments. The journey to better mental health is worth it for the resilient, confident, happier version of you waiting on the other side. Therapy can help you in all aspects of your life–work, school, overall well-being–and foster strong, secure, close relationships with the people most important to you. I guide clients through challenges such as excessive worry, relationship issues, poor self-esteem, insecurity, fear of failure, lack of motivation, stress, and life transitions.
Through insightful questions and meaningful conversation, I encourage clients to utilize self-reflection. By changing their way of thinking, new solutions will become apparent. I educate my clients on topics relevant to their concerns, teaching skills such as self-soothing, emotional regulation, communicating better with others, and thinking positively.
