Because of society’s negative messaging around food, for many people, eating has become a source of stress and shame, instead of something to savor and share. It’s time to feed yourself a different narrative.
Many of my clients are in eating disorder recovery—from people who are just beginning to acknowledge a negative relationship with food, to those who have been working through their issues for years. I also help clients overcome anxiety and depression symptoms, or to move past traumatic experiences. Together, we’ll uncover the root of these issues and identify coping skills for moving forward.
Therapy with me is a collaboration. Whether you’re looking to improve your relationship with food, heal from a negative experience, or learn to cope with anxiety, I want you to feel seen and validated during our time together so you can fully show up as yourself.
Learning to love all of the parts of yourself is a lifelong process, so I work with clients to set realistic goals and take small steps toward wellness. My vision is for you to understand the patterns that influence your relationships and beliefs about yourself so you can develop new coping skills and thrive.
