Given our current conditions, it is no surprise that you might be feeling stuck, isolated, confused, lonely, overwhelmed, anxious, or have trouble focusing. But, no matter what made you decide to consider therapy today–life transitions, anxieties, traumatic experiences, relationship stress, parenting, work stress–I will listen to you with compassionate curiosity and help you navigate the situations with intentionality.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over twenty years in non-profit and grassroots work with the aspiration of making systemic changes towards community safety, healing, and liberation. I’ve come to believe that systemic work must go hand-in-hand with healing at the individual level. We can change the world by changing ourselves. We can create more joy, love, and a sense of safety for ourselves and the people around us.
