Welcome and way to go taking care of your emotional health! Everyone needs a place where they can truly be themselves and be seen and heard. I want to help you access your inner strength, move through pain and trauma, and create the change in your life that you seek. Having a space to explore our past as it relates to our present and future, recognize and interrupt our patterns, appreciate the challenges we have already overcome, and feel connected to ourselves and our community is vital to create that happier, healthier life. I work with individuals experiencing a range of issues, including trauma, life transitions, development of professional identity, and communication challenges. You have already taken a huge first step in seeking support, and I am here for you on your journey to healing.
