I work with young adults to find their purpose and reach their full potential. Many of my clients are passionate about self improvement, are willing to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, and are ready to re-prioritize themselves in their lives.
Therapy with me is a balance between thinking and action. I leave space for reflection and curiosity, while integrating goal setting and accountability. I also weave holistic approaches into my practice, like mindfulness, meditation, journaling, visualization, and even astrology or tarot/oracle cards if you're open!
