We don’t heal in isolation. Healing takes place when we form healthy, supportive connections with others. Therapy with me is rooted in building a safe, affirming relationship where you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, clarify your sense of identity, and feel confident and grounded in who you are.
Many of my clients are coming to terms with their gender or sexuality, body image, or other aspects of their identities. By digging into your thought patterns, analyzing relationships, and using mindfulness to process feelings, we’ll work together to heal your relationship with all the parts of yourself—and by extension, the people in your life.
Young people today are up against a wildly different world than the one our parents grew up in—including more access to social media than ever, growing global and economic instability, and a future that can appear uncertain. If you’re feeling a sense of hopelessness or existentialism, you’re not alone. In our work together, we’ll also create strategies for preserving your mental health and finding a sense of purpose in these times.
As you move through your healing and self discovery process, I’ll be your guide on your path toward self love, acceptance, and compassion.
