I work with people feeling stuck creatively, emotionally, or professionally. By taking a collaborative, directive approach with patients, I provide them with tools to bust through limiting patterns, pursue change, and find freedom.
Working with any kind of subject matter—whether it be art, writing, or a 9-5—can get stifling. By tapping into your foundational motivators and core beliefs, we'll transform how you engage in your work. Higher productivity, emotional liberation, and feelings of peace are common end goals.
It’s the work of our lives to face challenges and put on our own oxygen masks first. Expect me to assign tasks outside of sessions to institute real-life change because once therapy ends, that’s where the real work begins.
With bravery, realness, and gratitude as our guide, we'll find acceptance for life's challenges and combat them together. Just by cruising by this page, you’ve demonstrated that change is afoot! I look forward to connecting. Let’s get started.
