I believe that the therapeutic relationship can serve as a healing space. I prioritize building person-centered partnerships that allow all individuals to feel safe throughout their clinical experience. I am very invested in cultivating meaningful relationships centered around trust, openness, and honesty. I find in my practice that this allows for each individual child, teenager, or adult I work with to feel grounded in their own narrative as well as feel self-empowered to utilize the tools they gain throughout our work together.
As a therapist who specializes in the micro, mezzo, and macro implications of trauma, I utilize narrative and relational interventions to support the individual in establishing clear therapeutic goals. My practices are always inclusive of an anti-oppressive framework that ensures each individual's autonomy in their own healing process.
In my practice, we will use our time together to support the unpacking and dismantling of barriers to allow for positive and healthy relationships with ourselves and others. Through a trauma-responsive lens, we will compassionately get to the root of challenging patterns and support you in your process and ultimately to feel like your most authentic self.
