Yes, we all struggle. Just because “it could be worse” doesn’t make your experience less valid or worthy of support. It can be hard for anyone to feel at ease. My mission is to help clients–no matter who they are–feel comfortable in their bodies and the world around them.
Part of this work involves processing negative experiences. My clients might be facing unresolved grief, unhelpful defense mechanisms, or unhealthy attachments. Healing your relationships with yourself and others will allow you to find self-acceptance and self-love.
Some clients come to therapy looking for something practical like building better habits or communication skills. Others want to explore their innermost thoughts or make sense of their feelings. Whatever it is, I’ll guide you in your personal growth.
Life is challenging. Having someone to walk with you can help you shift patterns and release pain. Let’s take it one step at a time, together.
