Sometimes, life isn’t as kind as we’d like. Whether it be past traumas, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, or any other type of painful experience, seeking therapy is the first step to choosing wellness, choosing wholeness, and choosing yourself.
I create a space for young people to grow into the best versions of themselves and ask for help when they need it. Many of my clients are new to therapy and may feel hesitant about seeking care, but throughout our work together see the positive experiences it can open up.
By discovering your strengths, challenging your thought patterns, and emphasizing self empowerment, I’ll partner with you to facilitate the process of healing and self-discovery. As a result of our time together, you’ll have the tools needed to set boundaries, manage stress and continue doing the work to better yourself.
Breaking the stigma around mental health is very important to me because you can carry the skills you learn in therapy throughout life. In my work, I’m equal parts real and empathetic, though I can be direct at times. Ultimately, I’m here to create a supportive, safe environment for you to share your story.
