I’m here to be your ally through every step of this journey, to make your therapy as smooth, supportive, and helpful for you as possible. Above all else, I aim to cultivate a space of openness and peace, where you feel not only seen and valued for who you are, but also heard and supported for what you’re going through. No topic is off-limits – seriously – I’m here for it all!
Our work together can and will take many forms, based on your needs, your goals, and your feedback. I incorporate insights and draw techniques from various styles of therapy that create space for you to expand your thinking, process your pain, face your fears, develop new skills, embrace your strengths, find your voice, and be kinder to yourself.
We have all felt pain, loneliness, anger, burnout, fear, confusion… none of us can get through this complex, challenging world without some help. Seeking and accepting that support is one of the strongest things someone can do to improve their life.
