Therapy is a space to share your story and grow into the best version of yourself.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, loneliness, and relationship issues. Whether these conditions are brought on by school,
work, family issues, and/or societal difficulties, we’ll collaborate to find ways to cope, become more resilient, and make the most out of life.
The modalities I use depend on what works best for you. For example, I might use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you break unhelpful patterns, or mindfulness to help you stay present while unpacking difficult emotions. As a result of our time together, you’ll develop strategies for coping with life’s challenges, creating better relationships, and finding emotional fulfillment.
I always look for the best in my clients and to understand their hardships. I also value transparency in my work. When there is transparency, we are able to better work together.
If you’re looking at therapist profiles, you’ve already taken the initiative to find help. This is a great starting place. Whether you’re looking for a space for self reflection, problem solving, or stress reduction, I’ll take a collaborative approach to facilitate your healing.
