About Liz-El
I dedicate therapy to each client and their specific goals, striving to make the therapeutic space as safe and welcoming as I can. Clients seek therapy for an array of reasons and I align my space with those needs. Maybe you need someone to listen and help you process, or maybe someone to cheer you on or help push you into gear; regardless of the reason, I am here to support you. Complete and utter focus on your life and overall improvement can make a deep impact. Knowing someone is in your corner wanting the best for you is so impactful.
Together we will dive into the problem, evaluating and reevaluating for the best possible solution. Using strategies like active listening, exploring your experience and feelings, and examining the situation will allow us to create coping strategies, new responses, and discover what triggers you in specific situations.
Every day is the perfect day to take the next step into therapy. Having someone in your corner, someone who is completely about you and for you, will make the day-to-day struggles feel a little more manageable. Someone with the tools to help you thrive can make a world of difference.
