About Mae
Life transitions are a time of personal growth and exploration. Maybe you’ve finally earned your diploma, signed a new job offer, or booked a one-way ticket to the other side of the country.
Change can bring up a mix of emotions. If you find yourself feeling nervous or wondering what’s next, I’ll facilitate a space to explore your inner world as you move into your next phase.
Modern life is chaotic and unpredictable. One of my strengths is really slowing down with each client and creating a space that feels like a reprieve from society’s demands. My work is focused on increasing self compassion toward all of your different parts and connecting you to your core values.
The undoing of aloneness you can find in therapy is so powerful. Many of us feel isolated when moving through difficult emotions alone, but with guidance, it’s easier to see yourself as a part of a whole.
Together, we’ll identify your strengths, clarify your values, and work through anxiety to co-create solutions that move to where you want to be. My goal is for you to feel confident being fully, authentically yourself and building a life you love.
