Life in today’s world isn’t easy: online dating, social media, remote work, global uncertainty…the list goes on. I specialize in guiding young adults and couples as they navigate it all. My clients are working through life transitions, relationship challenges, career uncertainty, self-esteem issues, or just want someone to talk to regularly. My role is to identify the right tools to move through these obstacles so you can begin to thrive.
You are more than what you are living through. I want to understand who you are and what you bring to every session. As a specialist in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), I’ll introduce you to skills like emotion regulation to manage the ups, downs, and feelings that go with them. My process is honest and transparent; I'm not afraid to deliver difficult insights, but will do so with kindness and empathy. Ultimately, you will feel grounded in yourself despite your ever-changing surroundings.
Together, we'll build and strengthen your ability to handle anything life throws at you.
