Disputes. Disconnection. Disagreement. Anxiety.
Whatever you want to call it, conflict can take many forms— lashing out at your partner, a miscommunication with your friend, or not seeing eye-to-eye with your boss. It’s a reality in every relationship. My practice focuses on empowering people to work through conflict constructively using a practical approach emphasizing healthy interpersonal connection.
I offer practical skills for communicating so clients can fully express themselves, feel understood, and use difficult situations to deepen relationships. I use methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to rewire your thoughts/beliefs/feelings and change maladaptive patterns so you can approach conversations from a more grounded, positive place.
Going to therapy isn’t an easy decision, especially if you’re struggling to connect with people close to you. You can feel reassured that I’m here to listen and walk with you in your journey. Let’s work together to find resolution.
