Who am I? What am I doing with my life? Why am I having such a hard time? Many of my clients are searching for their place in the world and struggling with big and small questions alike. They might be exploring themselves or they might be having trouble coping with anxiety or handling relationship issues. My belief is that all questions- large and small- are worth exploring thoughtfully. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper sense of insight and purpose while doing so.
My primary role in working with clients is as a reflective listener. I believe that humans are uniquely capable of finding meaning in and through times of suffering. It's my job to identify and develop the strengths my clients may not see in themselves, and empower them to be their own catalysts for change.
Many people feel lost in the chaos of the world. However, with the right motivation and support, though, you can rediscover the richness of life and find your place in it all.
